A playoff is the only way to get a real champion

Honestly, I am actually a proponent of going back to the old bowl system, without the BCS. Every bowl has it's pre-set teams due to previous agreements. But, I know this won't produce a "true" champion in most years. The only way to create such a system would be a playoff

One of the biggest issues, in my opinion, is not who plays, but the criteria in which the teams are chosen. Is it the best season? Most appealing season? Or just the best team at the time? I think it should be the best team at the time, but that is so hard to judge (everyone is biased and who is to say that Utah isn't the best team, even though almost everyone agrees they do not deserve to be in the title game). Anyway, it seems pretty evident that there are many unanswered questions regarding the current system, and I really think the NCAA should get involved, as it is with every other sport by using a playoff.

This isn't hard. This is all about us THE FANS starting enough of a stir to wreak havoc in the minds of the Advertising Companies and Corporate sponsors. The world is going through some tough times and we all know it. Right now the ability for Fans to travel financially is going to be severely tested for the first time in years. So one might lead to the other in respect to the Fans getting some love.

We want fairness. You can't get that with the Voting Format that exists today. The BCS Must change. It will not change without a Fan Voice and thus we must push this poll as far as we can. I voted today. Wish I could vote every day but this is one and done from what I can tell.

I like the old Format of the College Football Bowls too as you. If we could get to 8 teams from the Bowl Games then I think we have the right steps towards fairness.

Until then we all must stick together and VOTE
