Like many involved with this incredible company I started out drinking the Acai Berry phyto-nutrient cocktail to begin my pursuit of a healthy life driven to total vitality. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, the chronic autoimmune disease that causes constant inflammation of the joints and connective tissue. Living with the Rheumatoid Arthritis put me in a place where I had to find ways to maintain a feeling of normalcy that my medications don’t always supply.

My pursuit for that feeling of normalcy lead me to this company for its anti-inflammatory fruit the Acai Berry, and I have been consistently drinking it along with maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle ever since. It was a huge breakthrough and I attribute it all to this wonderful company, this truly has improved well being and outlook on life immensely.

As I continued on the Acai Berry juice and I now have decided to work on sharing this great product with all of you. I will also be building a business, which in four to five years when I graduate will help in paying down my college expense.

ACAI Changed My Life

About six months ago I could not even ride in a car for more than 30 minutes without discomfort. Don't grow old! I was also suffering SED Rate fluxutations that were 400% higher than what they should be on my blood work. Aside from that I was in a major car accident. This story isn't sounding too good is it?

Well, Im happy to say that I was introduced to a wonderful Acai Berry juice drink from Planet Berry and my blood work went back to normal in sixty days and my chronci hip and knee pain is gone. I can travel up to 4 hours in a car now without the discomfort.

ACAI Inflammation Relief

I know that NO doctor or study has proven anything with the ACAI Berry of the Amazon. But I must say that I have been using a juice drink now for six months purchased from Mona Vie at http://www.mymonavie.com/healthnow and my jont pain is nearly gone. In fact, the slight discomfort I am seeing is incredibly low compared to my last three years of suffering.

If you suffer from joint pain and have mild to severe inflammation there are many things you should consider. I for one will stay with Planet Berry and their informational web portal and continue on my ACAI juice drink from MonaVie International.

Im sure this is just one story of many but I am a very happy client and recovering pain suffering lost sole.

Medical Update

Just a quick note to say how much I too enjoy reading everyone's stories of how Mona Vie has helped them. I want to report that I am still drinking Mona Vie every day as is my husband and niece. We are all doing very well. I have tried to go off of it a couple more times just to see what would happen. The pain and fatigue came back with a vengeance as did my other lupus symptoms. Mona Vie is not a cheap fruit drink, but neither is medication. And the side effects of the drugs are more than I can handle, respecially the prednisone. With Mona Vie I have no side effects, only pain free days. Even my bad days are far better than my good days were before Mona Vie. I know there are probably a lot of skeptics out there that can't possibly imagine a fruit juice making that much of a medical difference. All I can tell you is that it worked miracles for my family. We prayed for an alternative and God provided. It was right under out noses all the time.

As for other products that have Acai in them, I can't tell you that they will not work. What I can tell you is that I have done extensive research on a lot of products during my journey with Lupus. Acai itself is an amazing fruit. However, if I am going to spend my hard earned money on it, I want the most potent form I can get my hands on.

Mona Vie has a patent on freeze drying the acai berries in the field. Therefore, you are getting the absolute maximum amount of potency that can possibly be consumed from it without going to the Rain Forest and picking them yourself and consuming them.

From what I can find, the positive effects of Acai start to diminish as soon as it is picked. By freeze drying the berries in the field, Mona Vie can give us approx. 90% potency. While other products may have the acai berry included, if the berries are shipped to the states and then used, you are talking about a 30% -50% maximum potency. But they are cheaper. So you decide which is best for you.

I don't want to buy a product just because it says it has acai in it. I want more. I want the best.

Another amazing thing about the Mona Vie Company is that they give back. They have the M.O.R.E. Project which helps tremendously the people of the rain forest with schools and housing. They teach the people how to preserve the rain forest, which helps everyone all over the world. As you know a very large portion of the world's oxygen comes from the rain forest.

The acai berry trees are the same trees that the "heart of palm" salads are made from. However once the tops are cut out for these salads, the tree dies. By harvesting berries, the trees continue to grow and produce fruit. Mona Vie pays the people of the rain forest much more to harvest berries than they were paid to harvest the hearts. So, our overindulgence of heart of palm salads was basically destroying the rain forest. By using the trees to produce fruit instead helps us all whether we drink Mona Vie or not.

Inflammation relief

I must say that this little Berry is quite remarkable. In fact, I was getting it in pill form initially and then found Planet Berry and spoke to them about their product they resell which is an Acai berry juice drink. I hate pills so I filled out their form on their StoreFront and had a response within 24 hours on their Mona Vie juice drink. They provided me their online store to order and Im now in my 3rd week of drinking the juice. My knees and hips are no longer feeling any discomfort and my exercising is increasing each and every day. I jog and do the treadmill for exercise and I used to last about 20 minutes a day three times per week. Today, after being on the acai juice I am doing 30 minutes a day for five days a week and when I go to sleep at night my knees are straight as an arrow. Not bad for 55 yrs old!

My ACAI Berry Testimonial

I was diagnosed with Lupus approximately 2 years ago which has left me with severe fibromyalgia. I also have Interstitial Cyctitis which is a very painful bladder disorder. After watching my mother die at the age of 50 with this disease, I was devastated. A large portion of her problems were from the side effects of the large amounts of medications that she was taking to keep the disease under control.

I swore I would do whatever I could to not go on all that medication. Unfortunately after about 6 months, I too found myself heavily medicated on 12 different medicaitons and 2 shots a week. The vast amount of side effects were incredible.

I was at a point where I just prayed to die to get me out of my misery. I knew then what my mother had gone through.

Around this time, I gave a baby shower for my niece and a friend of my sisters gave me a bottle of an Acai Juice blend. She didn't give me any information and didn't know anything about me other than I said I didn't feel good. She said drink it and tell me how you feel afterwards.

The bottle stayed on my counter for over a month when finally I decided to try it. What a gift from God and an answer to prayer. I tried contacting this lady, but was told she had taken a leave of absence from work. I didn't know what to do at this point.

Then my daughter in law called me one day and asked if I had ever heard of a with an Acai Berry juice formulation. Amazing to say the least. I explained to her the fact that I was trying to find a way to get more of the product and how much better I felt just taking one bottle. She had a friend that wanted to come and talk to her about the product and wanted to know if I was interested. That was a definite yes.

And as a side note, my husband who didn't believe what I was telling him decided to give it a try for his joint pain. Well, needless to say, he is a believer as well and is also drinking it twice a day.

I also have a niece that was diagnosed with cervical cancer 2 years ago at the age of 21. After two surgeries and still signs of abnormal cells, the doctor wanted to perform a hysterectomy. I put her on Mona Vie in large doses a day ( 8 oz a day) to start with. She refused the hysterectomy due to the fact that she had just gotten married and wanted to have a baby. We were very worried to say the least. Well, after 6 months on the Mona Vie she went back for another biopsy to see how the cancer had spread. Believe it or not, she is CANCER FREE. Her doctor was so puzzled, he did two more biopsies and again they all came back CANCER FREE. I am happy to say that she is still on Mona Vie and is 5 weeks pregnant.

Acai Berry of the Amazon

At first I was skeptical when I started hearing about the ACAI on Oprah and other talk shows. Then I read Dr. Perriocones books about the Super Foods and the Acai listed at number one. But what really got me was going out to Planet Berry and finding they were a Mona Vie Distributor. Once I filled out the Pre Order form I got an instant response the same day. They don't advertise same day so I was luck I suppose.

They explained to me that they are an Independent Distributor for the Mona Vie International company which sells through distribution an ACAI Juice blend. It is not cheap! In fact, it is pretty pricey. But when I broke it down it actually was only costing me about 2.50 a drink twice a day. Heck, I was spending that much on Starbucks and Coca Cola or Red Bull depending on the day.

I found the Acai juice drink from MonaVie gave me a nice feeling of renewal. Not an energy boost but also NO sugar high then low or shall we say, "crash". Aside from that my blood sugar numbers look good now and Im seeing improvement in my blood pressure. I go back for another physical in 90 days so time will tell.

Chronic Pain Relief

I must say that I was very skeptical and my doctors (RA) was not familiar with the acai berry. When i was first introduced to the acai it was in a juice formulation from Mona Vie International. Thought it was a wine bottle! Very elegant. The company has a unique processing capability which uniquely allows them to preserve the valuable antioxidant capabilities of this precious fruit.

My distributor gave me a trial case (yes a case) of the fruit as he said it takes 30-45 days to begin seeing some level of results or change. Well, my RA reviewed the bottle for compatibility with her therapies prescribed and saw no harm what so ever. I began taking the "juice" and within sixty days my blood work was in the normal to GOOD rate with a significant improvement according to my RA.

I am now able to do more things (I'm in my 70's) physically and pain free. May sound simple to most but as we all get older just riding in a car and getting in and out of the vehicle can be a chore. Not for me anymore thanks to the acai juice from Mona Vie...

ACAI and Joint Pain

For over twenty years I have been struggling with chronic fatigue and joint pain. Now at my age sometimes you just chalk that up. But you know what it still takes a beating on you. You still wake up and pop what ever the latest pill is of the day. Now when ever I see an AD for a pain killer the possible side effects are worse than the darn pain.

So, one day, Im surfing the web (retired so I have lots of time), and I came apon this web site here at Planet Berry. Great articles and content on chornic illness and pain but so are many others. Then I started seeing a trend in what they are really focused on in my area. The ACAI Berry from the Amazon is truly a godsend. Although they cannot mention the prodcut they resell here at Planet Berry I can.

It's from MonaVie. There are many Mona Vie like products but this one is truly a gem in of itself. Great medical board of directors. Patent pending technology surrounds their research and development and they GIVE BACK to Nature through the MORE Project.

I Have RA with Fibromygia

I am in serious pain! It is debilitaing!! Bad back, Bad neck-- with also fibromygia and now RA! It is all over body pain,with both knees affected with sharp pain, both elbows,both wrists and hands,feet!!!!! I am going out of my mind! I am on anti-inflammation meds pain pills! I need your help! Acai Berry for Life

About 2 1/2 months ago I started drinking the active acai blend and I finally feel alive again. In 1995 I was diagnosed with heel spurs and in 2000 I was diagnosed with rotator cuff tendonitis in my shoulders.

At that time I had tried different treatments; cortisone shots, inflammation medicine, physical therapy. I stopped at surgery because I did not think that would help me since nothing else did. I came to the conclusion that I would live with the pain for the rest of my young life (I am 40 yrs old now). My job is a very physical job so I was constantly taking over the counter pain medication and using pain patches everyday. My husband would tell me I should by stock in these pain medicine companies since I took so much.

In 2008, I felt like my physical well being was declining quickly. I started having chest pains everyday along with my back and shoulders hurting tremendously. I could not walk too much because of my heel spurs being extremely painful. I thought to myself "how am I going to live a normal life in the future?" The pain was unbearable. Then my husband told me about a business that he was joining and I was told it had an excellent product. I was extremely skeptical. So in April 2008 I started drinking the juice blend. In the first week my legs felt like they were burning up and I actually felt like something was happening in my body.

Keep in mind before this point my legs were feeling numb and I thought the heel spurs were causing this numbness or slight paralyzing feeling. At two weeks I could actually feel my circulation in my legs. Then my shoulder and back pain went away. In the last 2 weeks my heel spur pain is no longer there. I can walk with no issues. I sleep better with no pain. I am alive again and I have so much energy. I gave 2 bottles of Mona Vie to my mom who has arthritis and diabetes really bad. Her pain is gone. She is moving more and today she has signed up to become a Mona Vie distributor. I shared this drink with my brother who was on prescription pain medication due to a bad back and his pain is gone. We have been drinking MV for three months now. I'm recovering from a badly broken femur.I have a rod and screws that secure the femur to my ball joint. I have not had to take any pain medication since I have been drinking this amazing nutritional beverage.

I walk better and I'm back to work full time. I'm on my feet all day long. I have all the stamina I need to work a full week and some weekends. My husband had some health issues. He is feeling great too! Our son is also drinking Mona Vie.

He performs better in his daily activities.He also performs better in his sports he takes after school.I truly believe this is the best product out there.
