I hope you are having a wonderful holiday!
So sorry about the delay. I live in Tulsa and we were out of power for quite a while, so i could not access my Internet.
In regards to your inquiry, yes, Avon is a wonderful solution to your situation! I, too, am a single mother, and I have three children. I started selling Avon to supplement my income.
My smallest order to date has been $325.00. That was my first month. I hand brochures out everywhere I go. I leave them in restrooms in restaurants, at banks when making a deposit, at my kids schools to put in the teacher lounges, with relatives, etc. I also have my own webpage that i use to gain a larger customer base. I currently have customers in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Florida, Wisconsin, and, of course, Oklahoma (where i live).
I work part time and I am making an extra $350.00 every two weeks. That's an average of my last eight campaign orders. I have made less, but i have made much more. I offer my customers gifts for referrals, which brings a lot more business in. I currenlty have over 50 customers. Some order one or two things every campaign. Some only order once in a while, and some order big every time. It all evens out b/c of the people they refer, though. I end up getting at least two new referrals every two weeks, so my customer base is growing. I do have a few customers who never order, but want to be on my mailing list so they can check out my products. I have found that these customers will order if i send them a brochure. Since some are out of state, and there are those who do not like to shop on the Internet for one reason or another, the brochure gives them something physical to hold and is easier for some to read. I have had several Internet contacts that never ordered, but once i sent them a brochure, they placed an order directly with me for the next campaign. You just need to know what your customers prefer. Some prefer to do everything online, while others do not want to see something that they can hold in their hands.

Avon earning potential

Good morning, what is the true potential of an Avon representative income wise? I am a single mom and have 2 children so I need to know if I do something and work hard at it there is a true future. I know that Avon has been around a long time so thats a good thing but I will need to start off part time to get this going.

If I work 20 hours a week and have mild success what is the estimated income levels for someone in my situation. Does Avon offer health benefits to the independants?
