Banana Milk Shake Recipe

My favorite nutritional drink is "Banana Milk Shake." Recipe: Take one ripe banana, 2 cups of milk, 3-4 teaspoons of sugar and blend them well in a mixer grinder/blender. Don't filter the mixture as you will lose the fiber content in the drink. You may serve it chilled with ice or without ice. You will get 2 large glasses of delicious banana milk shake. This drink is easy to prepare and it contains nutrients like vitamins, calcium, potassium, carbohydrate and fiber.
