A spice often only used during the holidays is making a strong play for year round use! If you consume just one half-teaspoon of cinnamon daily you may help control blood sugar by making insulin more efficient The list goes on and on.

Cinnamon Smoothie

Blend these ingredients together

1 cup of frozen peaches
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of soy milk
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
