We live in a day and age that requires constant response. Whether it's for our families or our work. With that we also fall prey to the instant meal or as I like to refer to it the drive through diet.
If we can get it fast we can do more with less time. Overlap the schedule with eating on the run. Nobody rides for free. Sounds like an old song I remember way back when.
What we have learned over the years is that our body's are Not getting enough daily nutritional value and our waist lines have expanded to epidemic proportions over time. Not that long of a time span either on the waist line. So what do we do?
We need to curb our desire to do more with less time by incorporating a solid flex time for exercise and overall nutritional in take. The vegetables and fruits on a daily basis. Ten thousand steps per day. A solid nutritional supplement (we prefer juice drinks versus pills). If you put this altogether you will see all the benefits come together nicely.
Sleep better at night. This results in your body repairing itself from all that you do to it over the course of a day. Nutritional juice drinks (there are many) that provide antioxidants to fight off the free radicals. Results in a healthier lifestyle and reduced inflammation. A major cause of chronic illness.
So, our last thoughts are to Get off the couch. Throw away the clickers. Change the channels and raise the volume by getting up and taking steps thus expelling energy. Work out a nutritional diet plan that isn't boring and dull. There are many to be found online. You just need to get up and move it!
