| Hello, In a few days America will celebrate it's Birthday on the 4th. Are you celebrating your Total Fitness? How far have you come in just six months from that promise you made on New Years Day? We are all in the same boat when it comes to this question. Some have succeeded while others are still practicing the theory of the yo-yo. The yo-yo is infamous for creating highs and lows. The body would rather you stay at one end or the other rather than bouncing your weight and thus health from one extreme to the other. Early weight management and thus success are a bit misleading as the fat burned is much simpler in the beginning due to the excess each of us deals with. Water retention is high and the fat can burn away very quickly with very little change. This is the false start we hear all so often. This diet or that diet theory from Hollywood is the craze and like a giant magnet it draws our attention and dollars towards the celebrity diet of the month. Stick to your Total Fitness plan and take short steps to achieving overall wellness for you and your family. Childhood obesity starts at home. By setting the example and showing your own commitment to a better body will result in your family following in your lead. Be the positive role model. Don't preach or demand anything. Just show your results in your attitude and general positive outlook on life. Your body will speak for itself. Your children and spouse (or better half) will follow along without any preaching. It's natural. Everyone wants to look good and feel good. Take your children on walks. Get them moving this July and create a positive approach to having all your kids teaching others by example. In the USA we face a daunting future with obesity. This is in for the long term and if we let it remain it will grow and take over everything we cherish. Our economy will one day be dragged down but it. How you ask can obesity destroy our economy? Simple, our healthcare system today is already over burdened. If we add more and more children and young adults to the class of Over Weight then we will be dealing with this in the pharmacy to the emergency room. The age of the Adult Diabetes is over. It is attacking at younger and younger ages. Is it in your families genes? What if it didn't matter anymore? No one is safe from Diabetes if they haven't been attacked within in their own families and think it won't come here think again. It is pretty clear today that Diabetes is a high risk disease to the entire population. It's in our food choices we make and if we are so unfortunate to have relatives with Diabetes then it's even a higher probability of attacking within. So fight back. Get on a track to Total Fitness. Do your homework on our main site and find the right approach for you and the rest will take care of itself. By showing your ability to succeed with a health and wellness plan your close inner group of friends and family will take notice. They will begin to ask questions. Don't turn away and be shy about your success tell the world. Tell your neighbors when they ask.
