Stimulus Anyone?

President Obama has one tough road ahead of him. This isn't just a USA problem this is problematic across the globe. Interestingly we recently read an article about the Banking System of Canada and how well it is managed and while the US Banks are in complete dissarray our counterparts just across the border are doing quite well.

Now, this could be their loan policies or the fact that the trickle effect of the job loss in the USA has not caught up with them yet and taken effect as in the USA. We definitely have our hands full. Just this weekend we were watching the Drug War chronicles on Sixty Minutes. We are truly challenged as a nation.

So, why this opening dialogue? We have all heard it. We are probably all tired or exhausted of it by now. It's real and it isn't going away fast. Most analyst feel this is an 18-24 month deep recession. Getting back to the point.

We have made such great progress on understanding teenage obesity and have developed and rolled out many localized programs for families to learn from and help their teens either steer clear of obesity by teaching and practicing good dietary planning. With all that the country is weighed down with we are concerned that this War on obesity will be left to wait or function on it's own.

Assume that each family must maintain the course. The internet is still just as powerful if not more so. Take advantage of all the programs that are online that can teach good nutritional habits that lead to Total Fitness and a healthy long successful life free of medications! Nature has all we need.

Letters To The Editor

Terry wrote us this past month about the Acai Berry. There are lots of stories about the Acai being harmful causing allergic reactions. It is important to remember that most Acai products are combinations of products. Yes, you may have an allergic reaction to the Acai just like people suffer from allergies to other foods like peanuts. Always take care when you begin taking new nutritional foods that are not from your region of the world. First and foremost your body won't be ready for this on first consumption, Terry.

Terry, the individual will dictate whether they can benefit from any food group. We believe in allowing both sides of the story so when you go to our Testimonial section you will see great success with the Acai but also stories from those who are not achieving the success they had hoped. We are always concerned when companies or "distributors" start making bold claims of weight loss this or kills cancer cells that. Common sense time and work with your family doctor. Do your homework.
