It's getting warmer again and the need to rake and cut the grass are increasing by the week. All during winter we stare out those energy bills and wonder what can be done. What can we do differently to offset this growing concern and escalating energy bill situation.

Well, for what ever reason, the thought of Solar energy is pretty quiet from early November to late April. Then the thought occurs to possibly do something about my electricity bill. Yes, now Im going to do something about it.

There is a story in the San Jose Mercury today that talks about a man in south San Jose who installed the largest residential solar home known to date. He has a 3,000 square foot home that was using over $1000.00/month in electricity. Hmm, the article talks of the largest home installation known and my mind is stuck on that thousand dollar monthly bill for a house of 3000 square feet? What is going on in there? I digress. Regardless of what he is consuming this individual in San Jose did something about it.
