Emotional Well Being Achieved
Science has studied the effects on your mental state to fighting the common cold to the ravaging of cancer. Our brain functions incredibly efficiently yet we only utilize 10% of it's true potential. Just think if we improve this by 20 percent! Our immune system fights off foreign objects that create everything from the flu to chronic illness and life threatening break downs in our internal organs. So what can we do about promoting a positive emotional well being? Start here: Get your body in top health and wellness. Take stock in your diet and overall fitness plans. Write everything down and calculate where you are heading in the right direction (30 minutes a day minimum of aerobic exercise as an example) to your fuel intake. Our food we injest is our bodies fuel. Would you knowingly put tainted gasoline in your car's gas tank? I doubt it so why do we take such a lazy approach to our own bodies? It all starts with lifestyle choices. If we take stock and understand our true current state then fixing our day to day choices with more healthy alternatives from the food we eat to the aerobic plans we make our emotional well being will improve. By improving our emotional well being our body will create positive internal results and thus provide our internal organs with the highest levels of energy and capabilities. So, the next time you think you want that ice cream, just take a walk with an apple! Our country and most every nation for that matter is facing a crisis with obesity that will drain the very fragile healthcare infrastructure if we as individuals do not make better choices. Future generations will be paying for our decisions near term and to do nothing is not an option. Our cities are offering many free lectures on the subject and our universities and private sector are plowing huge investments to help ease the diretion our stomachs have taken. But don't blame your stomach. Last time I looked it was the brain that made decisions and the stomach was left dealing with the outcome! All kidding aside, if we get our bodies in shape our mental well being will improve. We will feel better about ourselves and thus promote a more positive aura around those we socialize with, work with and of course live with. Set the bar high. Achieve a better health and wellness attitude and don't make short term decisions that veer your program off course!
