Energy 24x7 Observation

Recently I visited with Dan Schuepach in Southern California to see first hand how this invention has progressed. On Friday October 10th, 2008 we spent the better part of 3 hours reviewing the design concept and the working lab I will say that my intentions and thus purpose for this visit was to validate certain aspects of the claims that have been made to date on behalf of interested parties/investors.
I am not an engineer nor inventor so my views are more related to the operational side of the equation not the scientific elements. Dan and I discussed the need for me to see the system at rest. System at rest meant that the Storage Unit was unable to power external devices (fan and a generator for the purpose of the current lab configuration). Dan disconnected all external power sources and connected the devices. Neither the fan nor the generator were moving thus no power.
Dan then reconnected the Diesel External (Metro Bus) power source to the Storage Cells (2). He ran the diesel engine for approximately 5 minutes. He then shut the engines down and disconnected the cables so we were now in a completely unsupported configuration for energy outside of the Cells themselves.
Dan then performed a manual step by providing a cooling process to the Storage Cells. Once this was complete on a single Cell he reconnected the Fan and Generator and both were operational instantly. The first cell ran for approximately 22 minutes and then Dan began the shut down of unit A and the process of re-conditioning Unit B. This took a few minutes. Once completed, Dan reconnected the Fan and Generator to the Lab grid and both worked as before and ran for about 20 minutes before Dan shut Unit B down. He then did the same process again for Unit A demonstrating that it still had reserve power which it did.
I have now personally witnessed this invention working as Dan has detailed in his comments here at Planet Berry. He is now discussing with investors the next phase of the invention and thus funding requirements.
