Fitness and Berries

At first I must admit it caught me by surprise. The title seemed a bit like Wellness for Dummies. But once I read the summary I decided to take a chance and put away my morning latte money and apply the 4.99 to the full guide.
It's a nice read. Very nice flow to it from chapter to chapter. I am going to read it again and then clip out some of those exercise routines.
Suggestions? I would think about recipes perhaps that incorporate berries and and perhaps a section on obesity. Next version ideas perhaps?
