Why cannot our medical community drop their wallets for a moment and get behind natural remedies like this Acai Berry we are seeing so much promise in? Why won't they start a grass root movement studying the true effects of natural remedies.
Homiopaths are on to this. Yet they are spurned by the insurance companies and find it hard to compete for the right solutions with the patient seeking relief. We really don't care if its natural or artificial just get us the right prescription please.
Personally I will never trust a medical professional if they won't discuss alternative solutions anymore. What do I have to lose? The pain?

My joints are killing me. I don't have anything but good old fashioned old age. My doctors prescribe Advil and it ain't working too good anynore. Im only 55 years old.

I too have found the combination of the desert dry climate and the acai berry juice a welcome addition to my constant reminders of pain and suffering. i was taking just about everything you can imagine over the counter and racking up huge monthly bills to go with it. Now I spend under 140.00 per month on the Active blend juice bottles and my pain is greatly reduced. Wish it was a cure but the company is very clear that it is not. All i know is that I personally have relief.

Our daughter (21) was diagnosed with RA at the age of 17. As you know, there is no cure. Her doctor has her on Humira and Methotrexate (low dosage). We also have her taking the Acai Berry juice that we all have been taking for over 18 months now. The berry is not a cure either nor the juice. But our daughter is running half marathons (2-3 per year). She still has the occasional stiffness but we have seen improvement in her mobility and during the winter (as Im sure you know) it has not been as severe this current year. Is it the juice drink? We won't ever know because we cannot isolate the therapies right now. The two drugs combined with the Acai Berry juice and Folic Acid are her current mix of therapies.

Please understand that it is NOT a cure. I wish we could tell you it will resolve the pain because we do know what you are going through. My mother is 74 years old and her SED rate was in the 80's and her Rheumatologist had her on all kinds of pain relief. Two months on the Acai juice and her SED Rate dropped to 12 and its still in that range now and she can move around freely without pain. That is a huge testimonial in my opinion that is isolated to the juice but it's the only one that I personally can verify other than my knee joints are in much better shape since the MonaVie.
We research RA very carefully and try to post new information as often as possible.
MonaVie is not a cure sadly. But a very healthy drink with rich antioxidants.
