I Lost 13 Pounds in 4 weeks

With all this bad news I thought I would point to my good fortune. I have been working to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Well after 4+ weeks Im down 13 lbs and not hungry like I was before.
My secret? I use Dr. Oz's 10,000 step program. I walk. That's it. Im eating better but not dramatically altering my diet. That has never worked. I am burning more than Im eating and it's easy.
After 10 days I did purchase a Pedometer from Omron. That thing drives you each and every day. Like a coach my purse.
Well here is my good news.
