Inflammation relief

I must say that this little Berry is quite remarkable. In fact, I was getting it in pill form initially and then found Planet Berry and spoke to them about their product they resell which is an Acai berry juice drink. I hate pills so I filled out their form on their StoreFront and had a response within 24 hours on their Mona Vie juice drink. They provided me their online store to order and Im now in my 3rd week of drinking the juice. My knees and hips are no longer feeling any discomfort and my exercising is increasing each and every day. I jog and do the treadmill for exercise and I used to last about 20 minutes a day three times per week. Today, after being on the acai juice I am doing 30 minutes a day for five days a week and when I go to sleep at night my knees are straight as an arrow. Not bad for 55 yrs old!

Hi Stacey,

Thanks for the note and experience. I have been searching for a non pill form as well. I will click on the StoreFront button here at Planet Berry and request more information. Good to hear that the staff is very helpful as the hype in this industry is hard to weave through. I tried several web sites but could not talk to a single human being. If Planet Berry offers live people to people support they are truly someone I will buy from assuming they have the right product for me. Acai is all over the media these days. Thanks again and please keep us up to date on your continued success.

Im assuming you were taking some form of pain relief for your inflammation pain? If so, were you able to cut this back when the acai berry juice began? Is this your plan in general? Im of the opinion that these natural supplements (berry forms) are key to my getting off the synthetic medications and aspirin. Keep us informed with updats and I too will follow in Jeff's footsteps (thanks Jeff) and click on the StoreFront of Planet Berry ....
