The topics for this section we will produce and maintain come from years of experience in and around the health and wellness industry for Irene. From the late 1970's she has worked in the
aerobic fitness market while employed by Jack LaLannes in Los Angeles, California.
After finishing her BS Degree at Cal State Fullerton, Irene pursued the field of Physical Therapy as an aide. She launched her career with St. Jude Hospital in Fullerton, CA and worked there for many years prior to starting her family. Today, living in Northern California, Irene is employed in private practice with a local Physical Therapist. Maintaining an active lifestyle supplemented by her Articles written online.

Acai is an all natural energy fruit which tastes like a vibrant blend of berries and chocolate. The usage of protein also increases when glycogen stores are low and protein is converted to glucose in the liver, thereby helping to maintain blood glucose levels. The glycogen stores are generally lowered when dieting a low-carbohydrate diet, it follows that more protein will be utilized for energy
Plant protein consists of lower nutritive value than that of the animal protein. Proteins of beans, cereals and vegetables contain all the essential amino acids. Some of the plant proteins provide an excess of one or more of the essential amino acids while being short. The general tendency of protein source from vegetables is that every human body requires 65 grams of proteins per day when compared with 45 grams per day when animal product provide primary protein source.
