Acai For Inflammation Relief by: Natalie
I have been fighting a battle with chronic inflammation for many months now. I researched and read many articles regarding this wonderful berry of the Amazon region the Acai. I tried pills and different powders and now have been able to try (recently) a juice formulation called Mona Vie.
This acai berry juice has over 15 fruits combined into the drink. All of them have unique qualities and capabilities. I have only been drinking the juice for 45 days but now my joint pain is subsiding dramatically. Heck, Im typing to you which was a chore in a half before.
The Acai is the main fruit in this drink and I am now able to do things that prior to the MonaVie I was struggling.

Has anyone seen or done a study on the differences between the juice blend and the pill form of the Acai Berry? What are the different pluses and minus results if any?
I for one, dislike pills. If the juice blends I have read about through Planet Berry are giving equal or better results than I would love to hear all about it as this is a dietary choice I want to be fully engaged in.

It is so enlightening to read these stories on individuals who are seeing positive results. I also applaud the web site manager for allowing negative information as it shows a fair and Non biased approach to real information.
I have read about Universities doing one-off studies on the Acai Berry but they seem a bit dated. The Florida University study appears to have been very positive but moved to Texas A&M I believe.
How do we find out if that original study has moved to the clinical state yet? To me, it would validate the Acai Berry scientifically for the first time and perhaps lead to more investment in the area of non traditional synthetic approaches.
I believe the answer to our medical woes has been all around us. Smiling at us from Mother Nature herself. Why not spend time here and get away from steroids and other harmful side effect drugs?

Saw your note and its a classic apples to oranges with your suggestion of brazilbotanicals.com. They are only offering the Acai which is great if that is all you want in a blend or pill. With Mona Vie you are getting over 19 fruits of which the main ingredient is the Acai Berry of the Amazon.
So, do the comparisons as suggested as that is the best way to be informed but make sure everyone that you look at the entire Label and see what the first ingredient listed is as this is the dominant one in the product.

My sister takes Mona Vie at $35 per bottle at 2 bottles per month and I take Dr. Tims Acai at $12.95 per month and I have the same arthritis relief she has at much less the cost. The more I learn about this berry the more in love I am with it.

It seems that this Acai Berry is exploding on the local news channels. Thanks to YouTube and its incredible reach I have now seen this acai berry story 10's of times on the internet and on my local cable company.
Why are the doctors not promoting more of this little gem of natues bounty? I feel as though if they can't make a dime on it by prescribing it they won't pay attention to it.
Well, what if the doctors became a distribution point for this? I am going to push my doctor to look into this. Then maybe we can use our medical insurance against it and all get healthier including the insurance companies. I think they would love to pay out 150.00/month or so for the acai juice versus all this anit inflammatory drugs costing 10 times that?

I have been watching the progress of this little company (not so little anymore) in Utah for 18 months. Every time I try to get a statement of healing power from them they state it is just a very health fruit formulation.
When I inquire about medical proof they tell me the FDA has not blessed this product but they typically do not in this category of Food for the public. Why I will never know.
So, after 18 months I bought a case from Planet Berry. Im now 8 weeks into the product and the hip joint pain I had is still there but "barely". I have seen improvement. Now Im on the green bottle which is the Mona Vie Active formulation. Not the purple you see so much of.

Im not sure if I should be crying or elated for all of you. What an amazing story and I feel for all of you. Love the results and have heard of great things with the Acai Berry juice.
There are so many products out there claiming to do things yet when you go to some of the web site they seem to stress the opposite. Not that that's bad mind you but I get the impression they are not touting this as strongly as they probably could or perhaps should.
