Old Fashion Omlete

Denver Omlete A La Salsa

3 Farm Fresh eggs
3 oz of your favorite Salsa
1 oz of chopped onion
2 oz of mild cheddar cheese
2 oz roma tomato
2 oz of fresh mushroom
2 oz of chopped ham
2 oz of chopped green pepper

Steps:

Place about and ounce of olive oil in a warming skillet. Once its warmed up pour three eggs whipped into the pan and let sit.

Add all the ingredients above after the eggs have formed a fairly solid based on the pan.

Fold the egg over to form a seal and turn twice till completely cooked.

Serve with sizzling sausage, bacon and a side of wheat toast. Top it off with your favorite coffee and you are set till dinner!
