Summer Exercise Tips

With summer in full swing I cannot think of a better topic to win the prize than a summer exercise paper. I love to work out. I enjoy the gym for the better part of 9 months but when summer hits Im all outside.
Outside you can use your body more naturally and take on what nature and man provide. For instance. Running in parks can provide scenery that enhances your mental point of view during a grueling run for example.
Look for ways to increase the yield per exercise by seeking out terrain perhaps that varies in slope. This can produce fantastic results when trying to reduce weight or improve your overall cardio health. As always we highly reccommend a physical before you take on anything new with respect to health and wellness programs.
Own a bike? In the summer months you have NO excuses but to ride baby ride. We have better weather and more daylight than at any time of the year. Want to save money? This is the best way to improve your endurance and cardio with minimal impact on your knees and hips. Why? Less resistance and impact from running on the cement or hard packed earth in comparison.
Most important tip of the story! Drink lots of water. No fancy gatorade needed. Good old fashioned water is all the body needs. We drink 64 ounces the day before a big event or work out and then rehydrate throughout the exercise or event. Very important to maintain your proper body temprature.
