The one in the middle with the sweat shirt is my bestfriend and grandmother..I love you Ma<33
I once had a bestfriend who meant the world to me. We loved the same things. I never knew anyone like this person before. She was my grandmother but she was also my bestfriend. One day she had to go to the doctors for a check up, I went with her thinking it was just like a check up I got. But I was wrong, we went into the doctors office then ast down and waited. One of the nurses came out and took us into a room that was full of pictures of different things. I was looking at the pictures when the doctor walked in. He greeted us both then check his chart. My grandmother looked worried but I really didn't understand. The doctor looked at my grandmother then said "Mrs.Purdy I am sorry but you have lung cancer."
My grandmother got tears in her eyes, and then said "Lung cancer are you sure?" He nodded then finished talking to my grandmother. After that we left and went home, my grandmother called someone on the phone then said "They said I have lung cancer." I left the room but when I came back my grandmother was crying into her hands. I felt bad I didn't know what cancer was until she explained it to me. Three years past and my grandmother got very skiny and lost all her hair. We were not able to do alot and she would have to go to the doctors everytime she got sick. I thought she would get better until one day she was lieing on the couch and just fainted, my mom called 911 and they took her away. I was really scared.
My grandmother stayed there. We got the call at 2:05 am that she had died 5 minutes ago. I lost my bestfriend to lung cancer and I will never get her back. To all those people that have cancer keep fighting you may just beat it. And to all those people who have lost people to cancer I know it hurts but you need to look towards the future in order to make that person happy...Support any type of Cancer<333
