We recently had the pleasure of watching the movie "The Secret" by author Rhonda Byrne is a fascinating work of art. We highly reccomend you buy the book, watch the movie and share it's fascinating advice and lecture on overall well being.

We have now re-read and watched the move countless times. Each time we do we find something we missed. Something so obvious yet we missed it.

The Secret is all about the Law of Attraction. This law is basic in form but so widely misunderstood until this book was released and the movie followed. There is also a CD version which I listen to EVERY time I'm on a flight of 2 or more hours. You just can't put this down.

So, what is the Law of Attraction? Well in it's simplest definition per the author it is one's ability to attract positive or negative energy your way. How you feel or how you project from how you feel attracts the very same energy back to you. So, if you are feeling negative or are not thinking positively you will attract negative energy back your way. The opposite is true from a positive perspective.

One of the noted interviews, can't recall who there are so many interviews it's hard to separate them sometimes, talked about abundance. By abundance they reflected on how most of us think of the world in famine. By thinking this way we are negatively expressing energy the wrong direction and more famine will follow. But the universe is abundant in design and capability. By applying the Law of attraction in a positive reflection we can visualize enough food for all the world. We have the capability to do this. We need to stop dwelling on the negative.

I would give this incredible work an A. I would have gone as high as an A+ but there are some statements in the book (section on Money) that seem a bit out there. I will let you decide and not ruin the book for anyone.
