This eBook was a blessing in disguise. Well written and flowing with nicely positioned pictures near the middle on exercises you can do anywhere. Just about anyway. The total fitness approach to wellness was very important to me personally.

I am committed in 2009 to get my lifestyle repositioned in a healthier way. The Berry Great Fitness Guide is my health and wellness bible.

Loved this little gem. Sherri, your name is very familiar to me. Do you have a web site? Thanks for posting your review as I too found it to be a nicely built guide. Looking forward to some more of the same if they do come out with another book soon.

I see that there will be a release on "The Kindle Device" from Amazon.Com. I cannot tell you how happy I am with that little gadget. It stores all of my Newspapers and downloads them each day without me doing a thing (except pay the bills).

I travel all the time so if there is a way to get something on The Kindle Im a big Fan! I would recommend The Berry Great Fitness Guide to everyone who is looking for something new and complete but NOT too long in the writing that it loses it's appeal.

Nice work and I give it 4 stars out of 5!

I ordered and received my eBook. The book is nicely done. I would love to see this expanded a bit more on the topic of dietary content. This is a growth area perhaps for a next version.

Don't get me wrong, I bought The Berry Great Fitness Guide after reviewing the Preview which if I were doing this I would make the Preview a bit smaller and the book a bit deeper with additions like I noted above.

The flow is good. The price is probably a good starting point but a bit low to attract serious Wellness seekers. Something about low pricing sometimes means low quality. The quality here is very good so I would be concerned that the price might not say that if you know what I mean.

I was surfing and came across your note here. Went to the eBook store on the left and looked at the preview. Looks great. But then I noticed it will be available soon on Kindle from Amazon.com.
