A playoff lets the team decide on the field who is number one! Not a group of arm chair quarterbacks and techno geeks! Even worse coaches who don't have time to watch the games and leave it to a grad assistant to vote.

You might as well just have a fan vote. Lets ruin college football and make it the new "American Idol" of sports.
